Through basic human interaction, we are able to greatly increase our employee’s interpersonal communicational skills. These skills are applied in all phases of our program from the basic sales to management of employees.

Personal Development

We look at our employees as stocks that we want to build. Our training curriculum is set up with the flexibility to conform to each individual’s needs. This is not a one size fits all training. It’s a curriculum built around the employee’s strengths and weaknesses.

Self Management

Our training starts first by identifying whether a candidate has the ability to manage themselves or not. For some people, this is extremely easy. For others, an insurmountable task. Either way we first evaluate a candidate based on how well they manage themselves on a daily and weekly basis.

Peer Management

One of the hardest forms of management in the workplace is peer management. Getting your fellow workers to want to follow you and listen to you as their peer not just their boss. This leadership by example form of management is the core of our training curriculum where every single candidate starts with the exact same job. This creates respect and understanding between management and the employees.

Group Management

Once a candidate shows us that they can manage themselves, the next logical step is to see how they perform when managing a small group of people. By challenging a candidate as a leader of their peers and placing them in a position where they need to manage a small group of individuals, we can normally see a lot of strengths and weaknesses show themselves. This also allows us to see how well respected the candidate is by their fellow employees.

Office Management

After the candidate shows us that they can manage the personnel, our focus changes gears to more administrative management. Payroll, Hiring process, Client Relations, Advertising etc. We are a people business so that is a huge part of our training; however, without proper training and organizational skills we would not be able to grow our business as efficiently as we want.

Open Positions

Bivion International, Inc .. The key account advertising, sales and marketing plans will support, and be derived from, the Business Plan outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing. The (JAM) will be responsible for managing all areas of Bivion International '' business relationship with the key accounts and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with the key accounts. The (JAM) will manage the sales and advertising function to achieve strategic sales targets while working closely with the Marketing Department to provide integrated programs that support the sales effort. The (JAM) is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The Junior Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Bivion International

  • Develop and execute an advertising, sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets.
  • Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with the various departments in the Marketing industry Nation Wide to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity.
  • Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort.
  • Work closely with key accounts and the marketing department on establishing a strategic face of Bivion International Inc at retail.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing that accurately capture all sales activity.
  • Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market.
  • Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements.

Job Requirements: Skills, Experience and Knowledge

Through one to two years of sales experience you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in the following areas:

  • Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
  • Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles
  • Effective working in close team environment


  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience required
